Nature's very own "Hole in the wall". This picture was taken looking through "Durdle Door", on the shortest day of the year. This is the only time of the year when the sunset aligns with the door. The strip of land in the distance is Portland Bill. If you look closely, the lighthouse at the end of the 'Bill' can be seen. Beyond Portland Bill, but out of view, is the eastern end of the Chesil bank.
